Bring the following when you visit our lab:

A photo ID (such as a driver's license or an employee identification badge).
A current insurance identification card (Medicare, Private Insurance, or HMO/PPO).
A health spending card, personal check, cash, or mobile PayPal account.

Patient Procedure at Our Facility

Schedule an appointment
When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, we will collect your doctor's order and make copies of your identification and insurance card. Additionally, you will be asked to sign a consent form at this point.
After we have copied your information, we will prepare the necessary materials for your test. This process usually takes between 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the specific test.
You will then meet with the nurse for your sample collection, a process that generally takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
After completing your test, the results will be sent to your doctor if you provide a doctor's order. If no order is provided, the results will be emailed to you as a PDF file.
Results are usually available within 3-10 days, depending on the specific test. For details about the processing time for your test, please reach out to us.
